Typically, 5-8 years of progressive experience in litigation support or eDiscovery, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role, is required. Relevant technical certifications are beneficial. A solid understanding of Canadian legal processes and E-Discovery best practices is crucial.

Typical litigation support/eDiscovery manager duties:
