Typical lawyer 4-9 years’ experience duties:

Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to a diverse range of clients on complex legal matters within your area of practice (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, employment law). Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze case law, and prepare comprehensive legal opinions and memoranda. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and transaction documents. Manage client relationships, independently handling casework and client communication. Prepare for and attend client meetings, court appearances, and other legal proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills. Stay current on legal developments, industry trends, and relevant legislation within your practice area. Lead and mentor junior lawyers, law clerks, and paralegals.
