This position focuses on deeply understanding business user needs, analyzing existing workflows, and translating these requirements into effective, configurable ERP solutions. They are crucial in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring that the ERP system aligns seamlessly with business objectives, and providing essential support to end-users. This role demands strong analytical skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to articulate complex functional concepts to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Typical ERP functional business analyst duties:
