Typical creative director duties:

Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy for projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.Lead, mentor, and manage creative teams (designers, copywriters, content creators), fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of all creative assets across various media (digital, print, video, social).Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communications and touchpoints.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and client teams to align creative vision with strategic goals.Review and approve final creative deliverables, ensuring high quality and impactful messaging.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, particularly within the Canadian creative sector.
