Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes. Develop and maintain clear and concise business process documentation. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states. Participate in the selection and evaluation of potential solutions (e.g., software, process improvements).
