Typical accounting manager duties:

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with Canadian accounting standards (ASPE/IFRS).

Manage, mentor, and train the accounting team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
