Vous êtes un expert du contrôle de gestion et souhaitez évoluer dans un rôle stratégique combinant pilotage de la performance, accompagnement des opérations et management d'équipe ?Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur industriel de premier plan, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Contrôle de Gestion (h-f-x) capable d'accompagner la direction dans ses prises de décisions et de contribuer activement à l'amélioration de la performance financière de l'organisation.Votre missionEn tant que Responsable Contrôle de Gestion (h-f-x), vous êtes le garant de la qualité des informations financières, comptables et de gestion. Véritable partenaire du comité de direction et des responsables opérationnels, vous assurez le pilotage financier de l'entité tout en encadrant une équipe dédiée.Vos principales responsabilités pour ce poste de Responsable Contrôle de Gestion (h-f-x) :<ul><li>Superviser l'élaboration des budgets, estimés et plans à long terme (PLT).</li><li>Organiser et coordonner le reporting financier interne ainsi que les reportings destinés au Groupe.</li><li>Animer le suivi de la performance économique et financière, analyser les écarts et piloter les plans d'actions.</li><li>Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans leurs analyses, projets, études de rentabilité, simulations et prévisions.</li><li>Garantir l'application des méthodes, normes, procédures et règles de gestion locales et Groupe.</li><li>Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils et systèmes d'information de gestion.</li><li>Veiller à la bonne application des règles fiscales et collaborer lors des contrôles éventuels.</li><li>Superviser les audits internes et externes ainsi que la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.</li><li>Développer, formaliser et contrôler les procédures de gestion.</li><li>Encadrer, accompagner et faire grandir l'équipe contrôle de gestion.</li></ul>Votre profil pour ce poste de Responsable Contrôle de Gestion (h-f-x) :<ul><li>Diplôme supérieur en gestion, finance, commerce ou ingénieur avec orientation gestion/finance.</li><li>Minimum 5 années d'expérience en contrôle de gestion.</li><li>Première expérience réussie en management d'équipe.</li><li>Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office.</li><li>Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel ; la connaissance de l'allemand constitue un atout.</li><li>Solides capacités analytiques et sens aigu de l'organisation.</li><li>Leadership naturel, capacité à fédérer et à influencer différents interlocuteurs.</li><li>Proactivité, pragmatisme et orientation solutions.</li><li>Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.</li></ul>Ce que notre client vous offre :<ul><li>Une fonction à forte visibilité et à impact direct sur la performance de l'entreprise.</li><li>Des responsabilités variées mêlant finance, stratégie et management.</li><li>Un environnement industriel stimulant et dynamique.</li><li>Un package salarial attractif en adéquation avec votre expérience.</li></ul>📩 Intéressé(e) ou curieux(se) d'en savoir plus ?
