Vous êtes en contact régulier avec les courtiers et les agences bancaires</li><li>Vous travaillez en équipe et collaborez avec vos collègues directs avant de décliner, au sein des équipes, la stratégie du service</li></ul><p>Le <strong>profil</strong> requis pour le poste de <strong>Team Leader Sinistres Protection Juridique - Dommages Corporels (h/f/x)</strong> :</p><ul><li>Vous êtes un(e) manager dans l'âme. Coacher, superviser, motiver : c'est votre portrait tout craché</li><li>Vous êtes juriste de formation et vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience au Barreau ou auprès d'un autre assureur Protection juridique dans les domaines suivantes : responsabilité civile, droit des contrats et évaluation du dommage corporel</li><li>Vous faites preuve d'une bonne orientation solution, notamment pour accompagner vos gestionnaires dans l'approche et le règlement de dossiers</li><li>Votre motivation ?
