Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Credit Controller (M/V/X) voor een interimopdracht met zicht op een vast contract.Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de energiesector en is gevestigd in Drogenbos.Als Credit Controller zijn uw verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:<ul><li>Het actief opvolgen van openstaande klantenfacturen en het contacteren van klanten telefonisch en schriftelijk om betalingen te verkrijgen ;</li><li>Het analyseren van de ouderdomsbalans en het bewaken van betalingsdeadlines ;</li><li>Het onderhandelen van haalbare betalingsplannen en het opvolgen ervan ;</li><li>Het behandelen van betwistingen in samenwerking met interne afdelingen om tot een snelle oplossing te komen ;</li><li>Het blokkeren en deblokkeren van klantenaccounts op basis van betalingsgedrag en risicoanalyse ;</li><li>Het uitvoeren van klassieke credit control taken, zoals reconciliaties van klantenrekeningen, opvolging van dubieuze debiteuren en voorbereiding van dossiers voor eventuele verdere invordering ;</li><li>Het opmaken van rapporteringen over de debiteurenportefeuille en het delen van relevante inzichten met het management ;</li><li>Het nauw samenwerken met de boekhouding, customer service en sales om het volledige order-to-cashproces te optimaliseren.</li></ul>De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Credit Controller zijn als volgt:<ul><li>U heeft minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een functie binnen credit control ;</li><li>U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en heeft een goede kennis van het Frans ;</li><li>U werkt nauwkeurig, bent communicatief sterk en weet op een diplomatische maar assertieve manier klanten op te volgen ;</li><li>U bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt een goede kennis van courante ERP-systemen en Excel ;</li><li>U kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.</li></ul>Onze klant biedt:<ul><li>Een interimcontract met zicht op een vast contract ;</li><li>Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen 3600 en 4300 euro bruto, aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, internetvergoeding, een cafetariaplan en 12 ADV-dagen ;</li><li>Een flexibel uurrooster en de mogelijkheid tot 2 dagen telewerk na de inwerkperiode ;</li><li>Een vlot bereikbare werklocatie in Drogenbos ;</li><li>Een aangename werksfeer binnen een stabiele en dynamische onderneming.</li></ul>Bent u geïnteresseerd?
