Robert Half Talent Solutions is momenteel op zoek naar een Project Manager (m/v/x) voor een klant gelegen in Machelen.Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de bouwsector.Als Project Manager (m/v/x) zal u volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:Vertegenwoordiging en relatiebeheer <ul><li>Vertegenwoordigen tegenover de opdrachtgever en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties.</li><li>Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en toezien op de naleving van projectvereisten en certificeringsvereisten.</li></ul>Leiding en coördinatie van het projectteam <ul><li>Leiden, aansturen en coördineren van het volledige projectteam.</li><li>Definiëren van rollen en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team en toewijzen van taken.</li><li>Instrueren en begeleiden van alle teamleden op de werf.</li><li>Afstemmen met lokale afdelingsmanagers over ondersteuning buiten de werf.</li></ul>Projectplanning en strategie <ul><li>Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning.</li><li>Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en bepalen van de belangrijkste projectparameters.</li><li>Vastleggen van projectstrategie, managementrichtlijnen en werfregels.</li></ul>Communicatie en informatiestromen <ul><li>Zorgen voor een efficiënte interne en externe communicatie.</li><li>Coördineren van de communicatie met de opdrachtgever, overheden en andere betrokken partijen.</li><li>Waarborgen van gegevensbeveiliging en naleving van vertrouwelijkheidsovereenkomsten.</li></ul>Administratief en contractueel beheer <ul><li>Inrichten en bewaken van administratieve procedures, inclusief goedkeuringsprocessen, archivering, datainfrastructuur en documentbeheer.</li><li>Zorg dragen voor een correcte contractanalyse, contractbeheer en naleving van wettelijke en contractuele verplichtingen. </li></ul>Beheer van middelen en werkomgeving <ul><li>Instaan voor een doeltreffend beheer van projectmiddelen, waaronder personeel, opleiding en transport.</li><li>Waarborgen van een adequate werkomgeving met de nodige hardware, infrastructuur, IT-ondersteuning en back-upvoorzieningen.</li></ul>Projectcontrole (QCDSE) <ul><li>Toezien op de beheersing van de vijf kernparameters van het project: Kwaliteit, Kosten, Levering/Planning, Veiligheid en Milieu (QCDSE). </li></ul>Rapportering <ul><li>Tijdig rapporteren aan het filiaalmanagement en de managers van de afdeling Construction respectievelijk M&E.</li><li>Rapporteren over belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren zoals budget en winstgevendheid, veiligheidskwesties, kwaliteitsproblemen, milieukwesties, planning, juridische aangelegenheden en gegevensbeveiliging.</li></ul>Afwijkingen, claims en wijzigingen <ul><li>Behandelen van afwijkingen en claims en beslissen over corrigerende maatregelen.</li><li>Beoordelen en beheren van wijzigingsverzoeken, inclusief analyse, goedkeuring en impact op planning, kosten en uitvoering.</li></ul>Projectafsluiting <ul><li>Opstellen van een eindrapport en evaluatie van het project met het oog op continue verbetering.</li><li>Overdragen van projectdocumentatie en werfmateriaal aan het lokale filiaal.</li></ul>De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Project Manager (m/v/x) zijn:<ul><li>Je beschikt over een diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring</li><li>Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden van (middel)grote bouwprojecten</li><li>Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond en kunt complexere bouwtechnische uitdagingen analyseren en oplossen</li><li>Je bent organisatorisch sterk, bewaart het overzicht en stuurt teams doelgericht aan</li><li>Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel intern (team, management) als extern (klanten, partners)</li><li>Je hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht in budgetbeheer en planning</li><li>Je werkt proactief, oplossingsgericht en behoudt kalmte in complexe situaties</li><li>Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Engels (Frans of Japans is een pluspunt)</li><li>Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving en hebt affiniteit met waarden: respect, discipline, kwaliteit en continue verbetering (Kaizen).</li></ul>Interesse in deze functie van Project Manager (m/v/x)?
