IT Infrastructure (M/V/X)</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van<strong> on-premises</strong> en <strong>cloudinfrastructuur</strong> met focus op beschikbaarheid, performantie en veerkracht.</li><li>Beheren en optimaliseren van <strong>Windows-, Linux-, virtualisatie- en storageomgevingen</strong>.</li><li>Uitrollen en beheren van <strong>Azure-resources</strong>, waaronder VM's, databases, landing zones en hybride connectiviteit.</li><li>Verder ontwikkelen van de <strong>database-infrastructuur</strong> met aandacht voor back-up, performantie en security.</li><li>Beheren en optimaliseren van <strong>netwerken, firewalls, VPN's en segmentatie</strong>.</li><li>Coördineren van <strong>security-audits</strong>, kwetsbaarheidsanalyses en compliance-activiteiten.</li><li>Integreren van <strong>security best practices</strong> in infrastructuurdesign en dagelijkse werking.</li><li>Bewaken van <strong>performante</strong> en <strong>veilige hybride connectiviteit</strong> tussen on-premises en cloud.</li><li>Bijdragen aan <strong>cloud cost management, monitoring en optimalisatie</strong>.</li><li>Implementeren van <strong>automation</strong> en <strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong> om efficiëntie en consistentie te verhogen.</li><li>Leiden van <strong>infrastructuurprojecten</strong> van analyse tot oplevering, inclusief planning, coördinatie en evaluatie.</li><li>Beheren van meerdere projecten met aandacht voor <strong>timing, budget en kwaliteit</strong>.</li><li>Fungeren als <strong>technisch escalatiepunt</strong> voor complexe incidenten en structurele oplossingen.</li><li><strong>Coachen</strong> van collega's en versterken van de technische maturiteit van het team.</li><li>Samenwerken met interne teams en externe partners rond <strong>infrastructuuroplossingen</strong> en <strong>servicekwaliteit</strong>.</li><li>Zorgen voor <strong>duidelijke documentatie</strong> en naleving van richtlijnen, regelgeving en cybersecurityvereisten.</li><li>Deelnemen aan <strong>permanentie</strong> en indien nodig support bieden buiten de kantooruren.</li><li><strong>Occasioneel reizen naar andere vestigingen</strong> voor implementaties, audits of opleidingen.</li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel:</strong></p><ul><li>Je behaalde een <strong>bachelordiploma</strong> in Computer Science, Informatietechnologie of een verwante richting, en een masterdiploma is een extra troef.</li><li>Je hebt minstens <strong>7 jaar ervaring</strong> binnen IT-infrastructuur en beschikt over een brede en aantoonbare technische expertise.</li><li>Je communiceert vlot in het <strong>Engels</strong>, en kennis van het <strong>Nederlands</strong> is een plus.</li><li>Je hebt diepgaande expertkennis in minstens één van volgende domeinen: <strong>Windows- of Linux-serverinfrastructuur, Azure cloud, networking & firewalls of virtualisatie</strong>.</li><li>Je hebt daarnaast sterke hands-on ervaring in de andere relevante <strong>infrastructuurdomeinen</strong>.</li><li>Je hebt bewezen dat je grote en complexe <strong>infrastructuurprojecten</strong> zelfstandig kan leiden en succesvol kan opleveren.</li><li>Je beschikt over <strong>sterke communicatieve vaardigheden</strong>, <strong>natuurlijk leiderschap</strong> en een <strong>doortastende aanpak</strong> bij technische problemen.</li><li>Je hebt ervaring met <strong>security- en compliancebest practices</strong> binnen hybride omgevingen.</li><li>Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante <strong>certificeringen</strong>, zoals cloud-, virtualisatie-, netwerk- of securitycertificaten.</li><li>Je hebt ervaring met Infrastructure as <strong>Code-tools</strong> zoals <strong>Terraform, Bicep, Ansible of gelijkaardige oplossingen</strong>.</li><li>Je bent vertrouwd met <strong>ITIL</strong> en met best practices binnen IT-servicemanagement.</li><li>Je voelt je thuis in een <strong>internationale</strong> <strong>context</strong> met meerdere vestigingen.</li><li>Je combineert een sterk <strong>analytisch</strong> <strong>vermogen</strong> met een <strong>oplossingsgerichte</strong> en <strong>proactieve</strong> <strong>mindset</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Het aanbod:</strong></p><ul><li>Je komt terecht in een sleutelrol binnen een internationaal georiënteerde en innovatieve organisatie waar technologie een strategische hefboom vormt.</li><li>Je krijgt de kans om een zichtbare impact te hebben op de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van een complexe hybride IT-omgeving.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Bent je geïnteresseerd in deze functie als <strong>Senior IT Systems Engineer -
