<p>Robert Half is momenteel voor een interne vacature op zoek naar een <strong>Support Specialist (m/v/x) met passie voor administratie & HR</strong>.</p><p>Je zal werken vanuit ons kantoor in <strong>Gent.</strong></p><p><strong>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden</strong></p><p>Binnen deze functie zal je instaan voor de administratieve ondersteuning van onze sales teams:</p><ul><li>Je beheert de <strong>mailboxen</strong> en verwerkt deze;</li><li>Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en kandidaten per telefoon;</li><li>Je <strong>denkt mee</strong> met onze business om jouw salesteams optimaal te ondersteunen;</li><li>Je zorgt voor <strong>correcte verwerking van gegevens</strong> in onze SalesForce database;</li><li>Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van <strong>mailings</strong> ter promotie van geïnterviewde kandidaten en/of interessante jobs;</li><li>Je finaliseert de <strong>vacatures</strong> van je collega's en plaatst deze online op de verschillende jobboards;</li><li>Je staat garant voor de correcte opmaak van commerciële <strong>contracten</strong> en de opvolging ervan;</li><li>Je doet <strong>online research</strong> op verschillende jobboards en websites;</li><li>Je verzorgt allerhande wekelijkse <strong>rapporteringen.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Jouw profiel</strong></p><ul><li>Je hebt een <strong>Bachelor</strong> in een administratieve richting (Office Management, HR Administratie, …);</li><li><strong>Enthousiaste schoolverlaters</strong> komen zeker en vast ook in aanmerking;</li><li>Je bent <strong>leergierig</strong> en kan snel schakelen tussen schakelen tussen verschillende taken;</li><li>Je streeft ernaar een <strong>excellente service</strong> te bieden aan onze klanten, kandidaten en sales teams;</li><li>Je beschikt over een perfecte beheersing van het <strong>Nederlands</strong>, aangevuld met een goede kennis Engels en een basis kennis Frans;</li><li>Je beschikt over uitstekende <strong>communicatieskills</strong>;</li><li>Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken en <strong>prioriteiten</strong> te stellen maar beschikt ook over de nodige <strong>teamspirit</strong>;</li><li>Nauwkeurigheid en <strong>flexibiliteit</strong> zijn eigenschappen die je typeren;</li><li>Je bent <strong>onmiddellijk </strong>of op <strong>korte termijn</strong> beschikbaar.</li></ul><p><strong>Ons aanbod</strong></p><ul><li>Je komt terecht in het <strong>allerbeste team</strong> ever (al zeggen we het zelf 😉).
