<p><strong>Robert Half is </strong>momenteel op zoek naar een<strong> Finance Manager </strong>voor een dynamische organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in <strong>software</strong>.</p><p>Onze klant is gevestigd in <strong>Hasselt</strong>.</p><p><strong>Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:</strong></p><ul><li>Het beheren van de financiële administratie en rapportagefuncties voor de Benelux-entiteiten, met focus op nauwkeurigheid, efficiëntie en optimalisatie;</li><li>Het opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrekeningen, met naleving van IFRS en BE GAAP;</li><li>Het leiden van het budgetteringsproces en het ondersteunen van kwartaalprognoses ter bevordering van strategische besluitvorming;</li><li>Het onderhouden van relaties met financiële partners zoals banken, auditors en leveranciers;</li><li>Het verstrekken van inzichtelijke financiële analyses ter ondersteuning van beslissingen van het management;</li><li>Het aansturen en coachen van een klein maar bekwaam finance- en administratieteam;</li><li>Het samenwerken met internationale FP&A-, Controlling- en Data Analytics-teams om mondiale en regionale doelstellingen op elkaar af te stemmen;</li><li>Het waarborgen van sterke interne controles en naleving binnen alle bedrijfsprocessen;</li><li>Het meewerken aan automatiseringsprojecten die de efficiëntie van financiële rapportagesystemen vergroten.</li></ul><p><strong>Je blinkt uit in deze rol als je:</strong></p><ul><li>Een bachelor- of masterdiploma hebt in bedrijfskunde, finance of controlling;</li><li>Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring hebt in accounting en financial controlling;</li><li>Grondige kennis hebt van IFRS, lokale regelgeving en ERP-systemen zoals Microsoft Dynamics;</li><li>Zelfverzekerd kunt communiceren en samenwerken in een internationale omgeving;</li><li>Beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte instelling;</li><li>Initiatief toont, goed kunt samenwerken en oog hebt voor detail;</li><li>Vloeiend bent in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.</li></ul><p><strong>Wat je mag verwachten:</strong></p><ul><li>Een competitief salarispakket aangevuld met voordelen, waaronder een bedrijfswagen;</li><li>Een hybride werkmodel waarbij je voornamelijk van thuis uit werkt, met kantoorbezoeken enkel wanneer nodig.</li></ul><p>Ben je geïnteresseerd in deze uitdagende functie?
