<p>Robert Half is currently looking for a <strong>Payroll Expert ad interim (m/f/x)</strong> for a 3 months assignment, with a possibility of extension.</p><p> </p><p>The company is based in Brussels and offers a very flexible remote working policy.</p><p> </p><p>As <strong>Payroll Expert ad interim</strong>, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing Belgian payroll activities and providing backup support for the Netherlands.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and payroll regulations.</li><li>Supporting the payroll team during a period of increased workload and staff absences.</li><li>Contributing to year-end payroll activities, including 13th-month payments and indexation preparations.</li></ul><p> </p><p>The requested qualifications for this position include:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in Belgian payroll.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.</li><li>Experience in an international environment is a plus.</li><li>Autonomous, hands-on and able to quickly integrate into an existing team.</li><li>Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
