What you'll be doing<ul><li>Own budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis across projects and asset utilisation</li><li>Partner with operational and commercial leaders to translate activity into clear financial outcomes</li><li>Build and challenge business cases, investment decisions, and capital allocation</li><li>Lead post-investment reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement</li><li>Analyse pricing, margins, and utilisation to identify risks and opportunities</li><li>Support integrated business planning across demand, fleet strategy, and operational delivery</li><li>Use data and dashboards to influence decisions, not just report on them</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>Finance degree and/or CPA/CA qualified</li><li>Proven experience in a business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role</li><li>Exposure to project-based, asset-heavy, or operational environments</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders</li><li>Someone who is naturally curious, asks questions, and gets into the detail</li><li>A strong communicator with presence, able to engage across all levels of the business</li></ul>This is as much about personality as it is technical capability.
