- <p><strong>FP&A Analyst | Sydney CBD</strong></p><p>$135,000 - $145,000 + Super + Bonus<br /> Sydney CBD | 3 days in office </p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a FP&A Analyst to join a growing business. This role will support commercial and financial decision-making.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>You will take ownership of a broad range of commercial finance responsibilities, including:</p><ul><li>Provide commercial advice and financial decision support</li><li>Building business cases and financial models</li><li>Managing budgets and forecasts</li><li>Reviewing monthly store P&Ls and analysing profitability drivers</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Why This Role?</strong></p><p>Genuine commercial influence</p><p>Exposure to senior stakeholders</p><p>Diverse and strategic remit across modelling, investment analysis, CAPEX and business partnering</p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We are looking for a commercially focused finance professional with strong analytical and financial modelling skills, ideally with experience in a multi-site environment.</p><p><strong>You will ideally have:</strong></p><ul><li>CA/CPA qualification with a commercial finance, FP&A or accounting background</li><li>Experience supporting multi-site operations</li><li>Strong financial modelling and business case experience</li><li>Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills</li><li>Experience with Power BI or similar</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>A continuous improvement mindset</li></ul><p>Please submit your CV directly to discuss this opportunity further.</p><p><a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a></p><p>Please note that due to the confidential nature of this opportunity, further company information will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
