With a strong pipeline already secured over the next 2-3 years which will see a step change in activity, complexity, and commercial opportunity. They've invested heavily in systems, data, and reporting capability and are now looking for someone to step in and turn that into real commercial impact.</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>This is not a traditional FP&A reporting position.</p><p>You'll sit at the centre of the business, partnering across sales, pricing, commercial, and operations to shape decisions, challenge thinking, and drive performance.</p><p>The foundations are there, dashboards, data, and initial analysis. To date, much of this has been run through the commercial team.
