Business Solutions Officer (CTO)</strong>, responsible for leading the transformation of the ICT function into a strategic business solutions partner by developing a clear ICT Strategy that modernises core enterprise platforms, uplifts cyber resilience, and drives continuous improvements while making disciplined IT investment decisions aligned to organizational outcomes.</p><p> </p><p>It's a transformational role requiring extensive strategic planning, patience, and resilience.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key deliverables: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>IT Strategy &amp; Roadmap</strong> - in consultation with the business, a key priority is the development of a clear ICT/Digital Strategy &amp; Roadmap aligned to organisational objectives, that balances service demand, risk, and investment, while providing a practical pathway from a legacy to digital IT operating model.</li><li><strong>IT Team Culture Transformation</strong> - build a 'customer-focused' and 'business solutions partnering' culture that enables business outcomes through IT.</li><li><strong>Organisational Structure </strong>- determine suitability of the current IT org structure and factor into the broader ICT Strategy.</li><li><strong>Business Solutions </strong>- utilise current and emerging technologies (including the responsible use of AI) to deliver measurable improvements in performance, ways of working, risk posture, cost effectiveness, and end-user / community outcomes.</li><li><strong>ERP </strong>- lead the stabilisation and optimisation of a partially implemented ERP program.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong> - on digital, data, business solutions, and emerging technologies (including AI).</li><li><strong>IT Strategy</strong> - develop &amp; deliver the organizational-wide digital, data, &amp; business solutions strategy, including cloud, cyber, enterprise architecture, ERP, applications etc.</li><li><strong>IT Operating Model </strong>- design and implement a modern digital operating model focused on business solutions and continuous improvement.</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity </strong>- oversee security architecture, IDAM, DR, incident response, and lead risk-based uplift aligned to Essential Eight.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp;
