  • <p> </p><table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="552"><p>The Reporting and Insights Analyst is responsible for the preparation of regular Board and Executive reporting, analysis of Group IT metrics and Group performance, and for providing analytics support as required to the appropriate managers.</p><p> </p><p>The role collaborates with other technology team members and business stakeholders to ensure the strategic and operational goals of the organisation are met.</p><p> </p><p>Skill set / Experience required -</p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience working in the BFSI space - Wealth Management, Super, Pensions etc</li><li>5+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting and insights</li><li>Intermediate experience developing and/or running complex multi-tiered reporting</li><li>Prepare papers for Executive Committee and Board meetings, including portfolio and Board level analytics, reports and other documents as required</li><li>Providing portfolio insights to assist informing decision making</li><li>Establish and maintain operational processes to improve the production efficiency and quality of reporting and analysis and ensure ongoing maintenance of data management and reporting solutions</li><li>Provision of quality assurance for the purpose of ensuring high levels of accuracy in the delivery of data and reporting</li><li>Develop and maintain an understanding of the market, competitive environment and regulatory landscape as they relate to the Group</li><li>Intermediate experience with Microsoft and Linux based platforms</li><li>Intermediate experience with building and maintaining metrics and monitoring infrastructure</li><li>Intermediate experience with building and maintaining build and development CI/CD tools and version control systems</li><li>Experience with security hardening and secure development practices</li></ul><p> </p><p>The company offers hybrid working - 2/3 day split.</p><p> </p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
