- <h2 id="finance-analyst">Finance Analyst</h2><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></p><p>Our client is are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded <strong>Finance Analyst</strong> with strong data analysis capabilities to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex financial and operational data into clear insights that support business decision-making.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis, while also partnering with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy, identify trends and drive efficiency. </p><h3 id="key-responsibilities">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. </li><li>Prepare regular reports, dashboards and management information to support decision-making. </li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. </li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business performance. </li><li>Work closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders to provide data-driven insights. </li><li>Improve reporting processes and help automate manual tasks where possible. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reports and systems. </li><li>Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.</li></ul><h3 id="key-requirements">Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar analytical finance role.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and present meaningful insights. </li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models. </li><li>Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as <strong>Power BI</strong> is highly desirable.</li><li>Exposure to systems and tools such as <strong>SAP, SQL, Python, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, QuickBooks or Workday</strong> would be advantageous. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to a range of stakeholders. </li><li>High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
