Your role will be working onsite and being responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. In this busy role, you will be part of a small growing team of Service and Support professionals who are remotely based, you will be self-motivated, organised, and have the ability of working independently using tools to collaborate with your colleagues.<br /><br /> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Providing onsite and remote based IT helpdesk support of staff and vendors to resolve any issues, requests, and incidents.</li><li>Provide End User Support (Level 1 and Level 2)</li><li>Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount.</li><li>Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues that require Level 2 support.</li><li>Work with other IT departments and external vendors to identify and implement solutions to technical issues and system outages.</li><li>Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation to aid in the resolution of technical issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year of experience in a level 2 based role.</li><li>Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.</li><li>Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with common IT systems and software (MS Windows, M365, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Cloud apps,).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><p><br /> This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
