This role will be an 8 month FTC contract role reporting into the Project Manager.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;</p><ul><li>Lead the creation of detailed business requirement documents to inform system design and delivery</li><li>Conduct gap analysis reporting to identify functional and process differences between current and future states</li><li>Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather insights, confirm requirements, and drive alignment</li><li>Develop and complete comprehensive solution design documentation</li><li>Support the implementation of a new Core ERP system as part of a major transformation program</li><li>Map and document end-to-end business processes - both current and future state</li><li>Collaborate with business leads to streamline reporting and analysis procedures using best practice principles</li><li>Assist with the development and maintenance of the ERP project plan, in partnership with the ERP Project Manager</li><li>Act as a technical lead during system configuration and user acceptance testing</li><li>Drive data migration readiness, including data cleansing and validation activities</li><li>Support the redesign of work papers and schedules to enable efficient data integration</li><li>Maintain an internal issue and improvement log, supporting resolution and continuous process improvement</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience with the ERP implementations and Netsuite</li><li>Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills. Proven ability to easily troubleshoot, document, escalate, track and resolve issues.
