The RoleYou will primarily provide support and deliver projects to a range of client's Microsoft environments. More specific duties are highlighted below:<ul><li>Provide support both remotely and onsite for managed service clients.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments.</li><li>Support server, network and infrastructure environments.</li><li>Visit key client sites regularly to provide technical support and build relationships (car and drivers' licence are needed)</li><li>Contribute to and deliver infrastructure and cloud projects.</li></ul> Your ProfileYou'll enjoy working directly with customers and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. The Company A well-established Melbourne-based organisation in the government sector, currently midway through a significant modernisation program. With a growing portfolio of cloud-native services and a number of legacy platforms still in play, integration sits at the centre of how the business operates. The Role You'll join a compact engineering team as the go-to person for building and maintaining integrations across the Azure stack. This is hands-on delivery work - designing and shipping integrations between finance, CRM, HR and third-party platforms, and making sure data moves reliably between them.
