They are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support their P&C team during a busy period of growth and transition, playing a key role in managing contracts, compliance, and onboarding processes, where knowledge of employment law are critical. This role is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Preparing and processing employment contracts and contract variations</li><li>Managing employee changes (e.g. casual to permanent transitions)</li><li>Supporting onboarding processes, ensuring all compliance requirements are met</li><li>Maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS</li><li>Monitoring and tracking compliance requirements</li><li>Reviewing and quality-checking all employment documentation prior to issue</li><li>Coordinating and tracking onboarding progress through internal systems and spreadsheets</li><li>Supporting the wider team with HR administration and recruitment processes</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You will be a detail-oriented HR professional with a strong background in HR operations and compliance.
