Working across a broad stakeholder group, you will coordinate regulatory obligations, maintain governance documentation, support risk reporting and assist the business to meet its compliance responsibilities.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys structure, process improvement and working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Supporting the administration of the enterprise risk and compliance framework.</li><li>Maintaining enterprise risk registers, compliance registers, policy registers and governance documentation.</li><li>Assisting business stakeholders with risk assessments, control reviews, treatment plans and compliance attestations.</li><li>Coordinating regulatory reporting, statutory returns and compliance lodgements, ensuring deadlines are met and supporting documentation is complete.</li><li>Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and assisting with impact assessments.</li><li>Preparing compliance reports, dashboards and briefing papers for senior leadership.</li><li>Tracking compliance actions and following up outstanding items with key stakeholders.</li><li>Assisting with policy and procedure development, reviews and governance processes.</li><li>Maintaining contract and delegation registers and supporting broader governance initiatives.</li><li>Providing administrative and project support across a range of enterprise risk and compliance initiatives.</li></ul>Your ProfileYou will have experience within a governance, compliance or enterprise risk function, ideally gained within a complex, highly regulated environment. This could include financial services, healthcare, energy, government, utilities, infrastructure, professional services or another industry where regulatory compliance and governance are central to operations.You are highly organised, enjoy working with data and documentation, and have exceptional attention to detail. You are equally comfortable coordinating regulatory reporting, maintaining governance records and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.To be successful you will ideally bring:<ul><li>Experience in compliance, governance, enterprise risk or regulatory reporting.</li><li>Exposure to a highly regulated environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of governance processes, policies and regulatory obligations.</li><li>Experience maintaining compliance registers, governance documentation and evidence trails.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills, including drafting policies, procedures and reports.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.</li><li>The ability to interpret legislation and regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly to business stakeholders.</li><li>Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.</li><li>A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in improving governance and compliance outcomes.</li></ul> This is an outstanding opportunity to join an organisation where governance and compliance are genuinely valued, offering exposure to a broad range of enterprise-wide initiatives, excellent stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to develop your career within a sophisticated risk and governance environment.
