About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a global organisation and play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical support across the business. It's a senior engineering leadership role, but not the kind where you sit in architecture reviews all day and occasionally drop into standups. You'll be close to the work. Working with the Head of Product, Lead Engineer, BAs and Solution Architects to figure out what gets shipped with what, what the dependencies are, how to sequence it, and what needs to be solved before the next release goes out the door. One foot in delivery. One foot in governance. Neither of them off the ground. You won't be cutting code, but you'll need to understand it well enough that the people who are, trust your instincts. The team will look to you to set the standard for quality, for how decisions get made, and for what good actually looks like.
