  • <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Robert Half are proud to be partnering with a growing national equipment hire business providing specialist dewatering, pumping and water treatment solutions to the Infrastructure, Civil Construction, Mining and Quarry sectors across Australia.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>This is a varied role supporting both <strong>project and workshop operations</strong>, with responsibility for coordinating administration, maintaining accurate records, assisting with equipment and project scheduling, supporting inventory and procurement activities, and ensuring effective communication between workshop teams, project personnel, suppliers and customers.</p><p>Duties and responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate project and workshop administration, including documentation, schedules, job tracking and mobilisation requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate equipment, servicing, maintenance and asset records, ensuring equipment is ready for deployment.</li><li>Support inventory, procurement and stock control, including purchase orders, supplier communication and stock monitoring.</li><li>Assist with equipment movements, logistics and project coordination across operational requirements.</li><li>Liaise with customers, suppliers, workshop personnel and project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports, KPI data, compliance documentation and operational records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To be successful in this role, you will have the following:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in administration, project coordination, workshop administration or a similar operational environment.</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.</li></ul><p>The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.</p><ul><li>A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to support both office and operational teams.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>Keen to learn more about this opportunity?
