You will demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, and work proactively to ensure any issues are rectified as soon as possible. You will adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures, making sure the office spaces are safe and compliant. You will come with knowledge and expertise across the full employee lifecycle, and support employees with P&C related advice. You will be a seasoned generalist, working closely with the other BPs and administrators within the team, playing a key role in the growth and progression of the organisation. <strong>This is a temporary contract, with the potential to convert to permanent.
