This firm works with a wide range of clients - from individuals and family groups to small-to-medium businesses - providing end-to-end tax and business advisory services.</p><p>The practice currently has a small, close-knit team of two but has ambitious plans to triple in size over the next couple of years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step into a role with real ownership and autonomy, almost like running your own desk within a supportive environment.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and handling all aspects of their tax and compliance work. This includes:</p><ul><li>Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships</li><li>Preparing BAS, financial statements, and compliance documentation</li><li>Providing tax planning and advisory support</li><li>Building strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service</li><li>Working directly with the Director to improve processes and contribute to firm growth</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and ready to take ownership of their work.
