<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Robert Half Technology are working alongside a well-known not-for-profit organisation in Brisbane who are looking to expand their agile delivery team with a newly refined Software Tech Lead. Our client is a house-hold name and are a 'for purpose' business going through a period of growth. They pride themselves in the services that they offer to the community which is reflective of their internal, family-like culture. </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role<br /><br /> </span></strong>This is a newly refined position which sits within the Delivery team and will involve a blend of hands on coding and solution design, along with technical and team leadership of a team of two developers. As a rough split, the role will be 50% hands on technical and 50% strategic and leadership.
