Your Opportunity:This will suit you if you're a payroll professional with an interest in systems and making improvements as well managing a team and leading a function to its full potential, all with the full support of an experienced Payroll Manager.What makes this more than just a BAU payroll position is that you'll play a part in a major transformation across the group that involves increasing automation and streamlining processes in SAP. You're also still close enough to the detail to deal with complex payroll issues and act as the escalation point, so it's a good combination of technical payroll, leadership and continuous improvement.You'll join a large, complex business that will be an incredible name on your CV and will take your payroll career to the next level. It's an environment in which you will be constantly learning rather than just doing the same straightforward processing every fortnight.You'll manage a team of 8 and have complete oversight of the end-to-end processing of weekly and fortnightly payroll for a workforce of over 14000 employees.
