It's a business with scale, stability, and plenty of opportunity.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Run full-function weekly payroll for a state</li><li>Process payroll every Wednesday, with Thursday/Friday dedicated to queries and updates</li><li>Manage employee onboarding, changes, terminations and adjustments</li><li>Produce month-end payroll reports</li><li>Partner with Finance, HR, and operations to ensure accuracy and compliance</li><li>Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements</li></ul><p>You'll step into a role where your ideas matter and continuous improvement is truly encouraged.</p><p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p><p>You're a switched-on, detail-focused Payroll Officer capable of taking full responsibility for a 250-headcount weekly payroll.
