We're looking for an accomplished Network & Security Manager to lead a critical enterprise function across a complex, highly distributed Australian operation. Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security, you'll take ownership of the network and security environment, lead a team of technical specialists, and provide both strategic direction and technical leadership.This is an opportunity to join a stable, collaborative organisation where you'll have genuine autonomy, flexible start and finish times, and the opportunity to influence the technology roadmap. Your opportunity:This is the position that provides you with an opportunity to actually understand what happens inside a business rather than simply reporting on the numbers. You will work closely with the Finance Director and Finance Manager; both committed to investing their time and sharing their knowledge with you with the aim of seeing you continue to develop your skills. In addition, the CEO is a very visible presence, and you'll get firsthand exposure to how someone at the top operates in a business that is going places. It's a highly successful business that is growing year-on-year and has huge investment meaning that they're able to grow headcount as well as operational capability.There is parking available onsite, and once past probation, you'll get 2-days WFH.What you'll do: You'll be the finance lead for the manufacturing operation, working closely with production and operational leaders to make sure the numbers make sense, from the cost of a build and production margins through to inventory, labour recovery and month-end results.You'll also own the group's month-end close and management reporting, giving you a broad role across both financial control and commercial analysis.
