With a workforce of approximately 29 and over 60 contractors, they endorse state of the art facilities in the northern suburbs which this role will play a key part in managing.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About the Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting into a hands-on and dynamic COO, you will be responsible for the smooth running of an on-the-floor wholesale and security operations across a 60-hectare site. With the support of 5 direct reports and 16 indirect reports, you will enforce operating rules, enhance on-site relationships with tenants, contractors and visitors and identify areas for improvement in process.</p><p>If you are an early riser - this role will be for you!
