- <p><strong>Head of Engineering - Not for Profit HealthTech| Permanent | Full Time | Melbourne</strong></p><p><strong><br />About the role<br /></strong><br />This one's a bit different.<br /><br />It's a senior engineering leadership role, but not the kind where you sit in architecture reviews all day and occasionally drop into standups. You'll be close to the work. Working with the Head of Product, Lead Engineer, BAs and Solution Architects to figure out what gets shipped with what, what the dependencies are, how to sequence it, and what needs to be solved before the next release goes out the door.<br /><br />One foot in delivery. One foot in governance. Neither of them off the ground.<br /><br />You won't be cutting code, but you'll need to understand it well enough that the people who are, trust your instincts. We are seeking a Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join an exciting project supporting a leading organisation with a site based in Mascot.</p><p>This is a hands-on role where you'll provide end-user support, manage IT assets, and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems and devices.
