This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future workforce and people strategy of a growing organisation.Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll step into a highly visible role, providing strategic and operational HR support while leading critical organisational change initiatives. The OpportunityKey responsibilities include:<ul><li>Leading and supporting organisational restructures and workforce change initiatives</li><li>Partnering with executives and senior leaders to implement change programs</li><li>Providing expert advice across employee relations and industrial relations matters</li><li>Supporting award interpretation, reclassifications and workforce compliance</li><li>Developing and reviewing position descriptions and organisational structures</li><li>Coaching leaders through complex people matters</li><li>Driving best-practice HR processes and frameworks</li><li>Contributing to broader strategic workforce planning initiatives</li></ul> About YouWe're looking for a confident, people forward, warm and commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.You'll bring:<ul><li>Immediate availability - non negotiable</li><li>Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager</li><li>Strong organisational change and transformation experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading restructures and workforce change programs</li><li>Solid ER/IR expertise</li><li>Experience interpreting modern awards, SCHADS is non-negotiable</li><li>Previous experience within disability, community services, healthcare, aged care or a NDIS environment highly regarded</li><li>The credibility and confidence to engage, influence and challenge executive stakeholders when required</li><li>A pragmatic, personable and solutions-focused approach</li></ul> What's on Offer<ul><li>Initial 3-6 month contract with potential for permanency</li><li>Flexible working arrangement with hybrid work options</li><li>South-East Melbourne location, close to public transport</li><li>Opportunity to work directly with an engaged executive leadership team</li><li>Make a genuine impact during a critical period of organisational change</li></ul>This position can be considered on either a full-time basis or across four days per week for the right candidate.To discuss this opportunity further, please apply now or contact Chelsea on 03 9691 3649 at Robert Half for a confidential discussion.
