<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">THE COMPANY</span></strong></p><p>This company is a well-established, successful, and growing Australian organisation who employ 200+ staff across the country.</p><ul><li>Privately owned business with a relatively flat organisational structure and a 'family feel'.</li><li>Energetic and agile leadership team who operate in a fast-paced environment where change is embraced.</li><li>Investment in IT & cybersecurity uplift, including a move to SaaS.</li><li>Friendly and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Parking available. </li><li>Hybrid working.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ROLE SNAPSHOT </span></strong></p><p>As the IT services, you'll manage a small internal IT team and be accountable for ensuring the stability, security, performance and improvement of IT Services to the organisation.</p><p>It's a hands-on, forward thinking, and interactive role, operating in a fast-paced environment, helping to transform and uplift the IT Services function.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Vendor Management: </strong>extensive relationship building with and management of third-party providers, ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met.</li><li><strong>IT Service Delivery: </strong>accountable for ensuring the availability, reliability, performance, and security of IT Services, including cloud & on-prem infrastructure, networks, and SaaS solutions.</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity Strategy:</strong> develop and implement a clear cybersecurity strategy aligned to business goals.</li><li><strong>Data Privacy:</strong> take ownership of Data Privacy, including ongoing risk management and the approach to improving the managing personal data.</li><li><strong>Team Management:</strong> manage and develop a small IT team across Service Desk & Infrastructure (onshore and offshore staff)</li><li><strong>Collaboration & Leadership</strong>: contribute to the Shared Services leadership team; form & nurture internal relationships with cross-functional teams; create a culture of continuous improvement in the IT Services team; budget management.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Deliverables: </strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the migration from on-prem to SaaS business applications.</li><li>Improve vendor management.</li><li>Rebuild and improve the perception of the IT Services team.</li><li>Form strong relationships and improve collaboration with internal IT project teams and other departments.</li><li>Data Privacy - continuous uplift, risk management, and advisory.</li><li>Cyber security - assessment and uplift then develop the ongoing cyber strategy / roadmap + continuous education.</li><li>Upskill and develop the current IT Services team.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, PERSONAL QUALITIES</span></strong></p><p>Suitable for an IT Manager / IT Services Manager (or similar) with a background operating in small to mid-sized yet complex environments.</p><p>Ideal for someone energetic, forward thinking, and solution focused who embraces change and enjoys solving business problems through technology.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required background & experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: proven IT Operations leadership experience within small to mid-sized yet complex organisational structures, encompassing IT Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.</li><li>Vendor management: demonstrated success forming relationships with and managing third party vendors, including SaaS providers, to deliver commercially minded IT services.</li><li>Proven track record: improving the perception of IT;
