Working closely with the HR Manager, HRBPs and HR Administrators, you will support the wider organisation with HR-related initiatives, aligning with the HR strategy. <strong>This is a temporary contract, with the potential to convert to permanent. The role is based fully on-site in their Derrimut office.</strong> <strong>To set you up for success, you will have experience working in the Early Childhood or Education sector.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Duties</span></strong></p><p>As the HRBP, your duties will include: </p><ul><li>Strategic HR Partnering - working closely with stakeholders to provide solutions to HR-related queries, ensuring close relations with the different functions within the business.</li><li>Change Management - supporting leaders and employees through change initiatives occurring within the business, referring to HR policies and procedures, and explaining the strategy for such changes.</li><li>Learning and Development - providing coaching and training to leaders on HR policies and initiatives, identifying any training gaps and rolling out programs when necessary.</li><li>Talent Acquisition and Onboarding - supporting the HR team with recruitment, and providing an excellent onboarding experience for new members of staff.</li><li>Employment Relations - provide guidance and support to leaders and staff on workplace issues, ensuring a positive, respectful and productive work environment.</li><li>OHS and Return to Work - ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
