This role offers the opportunity to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and play a key part in shaping our division's future.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Co-ordinating and managing timely and accurate budgets and re-forecasts.</li><li>Leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, integrating both operational and capital elements to ensure long-term financial sustainability.</li><li>Preparing monthly management reports with variance analysis and insightful commentary.</li><li>Championing best practice controls and governance within the division.</li><li>Building strong partnerships across leadership to optimise risk and opportunities.</li><li>Overseeing capital budgeting, investment analysis, and funding strategies.</li><li>Supporting management on ad hoc projects and improving financial processes and automation.</li></ul><p>You'll work closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, reporting, FP&A, divisional managers and senior leaders, as well as with external partners such as franchisees, suppliers, and auditors.</p><p>Key competencies required:</p><ul><li>Expertise in budgeting, re-forecasting, planning tools and capital financial management.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for reporting, performance analysis and financial modelling.</li><li>Proven experience leading process improvements and fostering financial accountability.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics (CPA or CA completed or in progress preferred).</li></ul><p>Join our client and be the go-to commercial and financial advisor to senior leaders.
