- <p><strong>The Company </strong></p><p>A well established, fast evolving financial services organisation with operations across Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Company Secretary & Governance Manager to play a pivotal role in its legal and governance function.</p><p>This position reports to the Head of Legal & Group Company Secretary and works closely with Boards, Committees, Executive leadership and Shareholders across the group.
