<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p>We are seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to join our growing technology team and work across a range of application-focused projects, including both greenfield builds and in-flight implementations.</p><p>This is a hands-on role that will see you partner closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.</p><p>Applications will cover Finance, Treasury, HRIS, Asset Management as well as various planning & scheduling platforms.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.</li><li>Analyse current-state and future-state processes to support application enhancements and new solution design.</li><li>Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Perform data mapping, interface analysis, and integration requirements gathering.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, architects, and testing teams to ensure solution alignment.</li><li>Participate in API and XML specification reviews and support integration testing.</li><li>Manage vendor interactions, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and scope are met.</li><li>Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.</li><li>Provide ongoing project status reporting and communication across levels of the organisation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on application or software projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of APIs, XML, data mapping, and system integration concepts.</li><li>Experience working across greenfield projects and existing/in-flight solution enhancements.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong vendor management experience, including working with offshore or third-party delivery teams.</li><li>Solid documentation skills: process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and mapping documents.</li><li>Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile or hybrid project environment.</li><li>Any experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing would be beneficial (not essential).</li></ul><p> </p><p>The role is 3 days in office / 2 WFH.</p><p> </p><p><em>Reference Number: </em>06800-0013344723</p><h4> </h4></td></tr></tbody></table><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
