Desktop Support Engineer
<table width="680"><tbody><tr><td width="507"><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Level 1/2) to join a high-impact team during a major Salesforce go-live, specialising in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Azure MFA. This hands-on role combines traditional desktop support with authentication, access management, and end-user assistance, supporting a large user base during a period of rapid growth.</p><p>Location: Sydney (On-site)<br /> Contract: 29th October - 12th December 2025, with strong potential to extend</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 1/2 desktop support in a busy Windows environment, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware.</li><li>Support staff with Azure MFA setup, password resets, permission checks, and login issues, following existing guides and processes.</li><li>Configure, deploy, and manage Azure MFA and MDM platforms, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and correctly configured.</li><li>Assist with account creation, access changes, and onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing staff.</li><li>Install, configure, and update software applications, including Office 365, VPN clients, and endpoint security tools.</li><li>Respond to service desk tickets, providing remote and onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and access-related issues.</li><li>Monitor device compliance through MDM dashboards and escalate anomalies to Level 3 or IT Security teams.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to align MFA and MDM policies with security standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, guides, and support steps, contributing to the knowledge base.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:</strong><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br /> </span></strong>2-3 years' experience providing Level 1/2 support. <br /> </p><p>With their Salesforce go-live and ongoing growth, there's a huge opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract, giving you the chance to specialize in MDM and MFA, gain broad desktop support experience, and make a real impact on a large-scale IT environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Apply Today</strong></p><p>Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.</p><p><em>Reference Number: (</em>06800-0013313847<em>)</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><h4> </h4></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br /> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
