This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence. It's ideal for you if you're equally comfortable diving into data as you are driving big-picture decisions.<br /> <br /> You'll partner closely with commercial, finance, operations and third parties/partners to optimise processes, enhance visibility, and ensure that customer commitments are met with precision and efficiency.</p><p>This is a 6-month contract offering up to two days WFH, suited to a confident communicator with strong 3PL experience and a background in FMCG, healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical environments.</p><ul><li>Lead forecasting and demand planning, working with commercial &amp; operations teams to align supply strategies with current market needs.</li><li>Manage logistics and warehouse operations, including 3PL partnerships, inventory accuracy, and transport effectiveness, while focusing on continuous improvements.</li><li>Spearhead cost optimisation initiatives and elevate operational processes.</li><li>Oversee the introduction of new products and projects, ensuring on-time and successful market launches.</li><li>Lead local procurement efforts while partnering with global teams for alignment and compliance.</li><li>Work closely with sales and marketing and global supply chain to align supply chain goals with business targets and policies.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.</li><li>Manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from onboarding new partners to refining systems and local processes.</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong><br /> You bring a wealth of supply chain expertise, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
