You will play a key role in driving project coordination and governance across multiple workstreams, maintaining plans, tracking milestones and risks, and ensuring consistent reporting.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />The Role</span></strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Support day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams within the transformation programme.</li><li>Maintain accurate project tracking using tools like Asana (milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies).</li><li>Guide and support workstream leads in using project templates, status updates, and reporting tools.</li><li>Collate programme-level dashboards and updates for leadership and steering committees.</li><li>Ensure governance standards, PMO practices, and reporting rhythms are consistently followed.</li><li>Prepare documentation for programme meetings, including agendas, RAID logs, and decision trackers.</li><li>Monitor cross-project dependencies and proactively surface delivery risks or blockers.</li><li>Partner with the Transformation Office to ensure structured delivery and alignment across initiatives.</li></ul></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></div><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or delivery-focused BA roles.</li><li>Hands-on experience using project collaboration tools (ie.
