Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates through various channels</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates</li><li>Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to ensure both technical and cultural fit matches to client briefings</li><li>Collaborating with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and providing tailored solutions</li><li>Providing exceptional guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process</li><li>Staying up to date with industry trends and market changes</li><li>Collaborating with your internal team mates to provide full scope solutions for candidates and clients.</li><li>Being a senior member of the team within the office, helping develop others around you.</li></ul><p>Extensive training and support will be provided to ensure that you are successful in this pivotal role to our team.
