This role has arisen due to a pending retirement within the finance team.</p><p><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br />The role of Finance Business Partner will report to a Finance Manager and be an integral member of a team of business partners who each have a portfolio of business's to manage.</p><p><br />Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Business Partner the Head of Department roles for your portfolio of companies, offering insights, recommendations and financial nous to improve business performance</li><li>Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate month end close and produce accurate management reports for distribution to the business</li><li>Drive the budgeting and forecasting process</li><li>Provide analysis and insights, building models to provide rigour around decision making</li><li>Liaise with auditors to ensure all audit and reporting requirements are met</li><li>Provide a continuous improvement mindset to ensure the finance function is operating optimally.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong><br />To be considered for this role we are looking for a candidate with the following attributes and experience:</p><p> </p><ul><li>CA qualified or equivalent</li><li>Experience within larger more complex businesses with multi-branches or company structures</li><li>Proven ability to work with multiple systems</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders</li><li>A proactive forward thinking ability to problem solve</li><li>Intermediate modelling skills</li><li>An ability to partner non-operational people and be able to translate financial information to non-finance people.</li></ul><p>This company offers hybrid working and lots of benefits.
