Als <strong data-start="464" data-end="480">Inside Sales</strong> lever jij een directe bijdrage aan klanttevredenheid en conversie.</p><h3 data-start="549" data-end="570">Over de functie</h3><p data-start="571" data-end="912">Als <strong data-start="575" data-end="591">Inside Sales</strong> ben jij het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor dealers en eindklanten. Je biedt service door financieringsaanvragen samen met de klant door te nemen, af te stemmen op de behoefte en deze om te zetten naar een uitbetaald contract. Dit doe je door financieringsaanvragen voor dealers in B2Boost te verwerken en op te volgen.</p><p data-start="914" data-end="1252">Samen met de afdeling Acceptatie ben je continu op zoek naar een zo hoog mogelijk goedkeurings- en conversiepercentage. Binnen de geldende kaders kijk je altijd naar mogelijkheden om contracten alsnog succesvol uit te betalen. Daarnaast pak je leads uit de digitale showroom op en zet je deze om naar uitbetaalde financieringsaanvragen.</p><p data-start="1254" data-end="1675">Je stemt de gewenste financiering zorgvuldig af op de behoefte van de klant, verzamelt de benodigde documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat de kredietaanvraag in één keer beoordeeld kan worden. Ook onderhoud je actief contact met dealers, houd je hen proactief op de hoogte van lopende aanvragen en werk je nauw samen met zonemanagers om dealers optimaal te bedienen.
