<p><strong>Company Profile</strong></p><p>A senior consulting leader responsible for driving end-to-end Data & AI initiatives for Japanese enterprise clients.<br /> This position acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and owns full delivery accountability, from strategy design through implementation.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Lead data strategy, architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance programs</li><li>Design and deliver modern data platforms (Cloud DWH, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)</li><li>Own projects from strategy → execution, including GenAI / LLM initiatives</li><li>Advise clients on data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in Japan</li><li>Bridge business transformation and technical implementation</li><li>Mentor and develop teams while contributing to the scaling of the data practice</li><li>This is not simply a delivery oversight role.</li><li>It is a modern technology transformation leadership position.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or data leadership</li><li>Proven track record delivering complex Data & AI programs with measurable business impact</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP</li><li>Business-level Japanese and English</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong><br /> If you are currently working on:</p><ul><li>AI / ML initiatives</li><li>Advanced analytics programs</li><li>LLM or AI agent architecture and operations</li></ul><p>And are interested in expanding modern technology transformation across industries such as: Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare (Japan).
