Their Japan business operates across multiple channels - including e-commerce, owned retail stores, and third-party retailer networks - supported by an integrated back-office technology environment that connects supply chain, warehouse, and sales systems end to end. This is a hands-on IT management role reporting to the Director of Japan & Asia IT. The IT Business Solutions Manager will act as the key liaison between Japan's business teams and global IT, taking ownership of back-office systems that underpin the company's omnichannel operations - from warehouse and inventory management through to EDI connectivity with external retail partners.
