<p>Job Description</p><ul><li>Development and implementation of distribution channel (Independent agency/ financial institution/ proprietary agency) strategies</li><li>Develop short-term and medium-term distribution strategy</li><li>Clarification of current situation and issues and the ideal state of distribution model, operation model, digital capability, enablers, etc.</li><li>Concretization of plans, establishment of milestones, and key KPIs, identification of risks and mitigation actions</li><li>Develop an implementation governance plan and governance model</li><li>Conduct research on market, best practices, latest technologies, etc.</li><li>Manage implementation of distribution strategy plan to align to company strategy by developing robust monitoring governance</li><li>Project management/ lead in strategic projects such as distribution transformation and relevant implementation projects.</li><li>Lead or assist strategic alliances to build, plan, and execute new alliance models</li><li>Collaborate with the relevant divisions (mainly internal Distribution) preparing the report to the Management and Regional Office.
